Prof. Stephen Baskerville

Professor of Government at Patrick Henry College

Professor of Government at Patrick Henry College and Research Fellow at the Howard Center for Family, Religion, and Society and the Independent Institute.  During the 2015-2016 academic year, he was a Fulbright Scholar at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and he has also served as a Fulbright Scholar in Moscow.  He also held a lectureship at Palacky University in Olomouc, Czech Republic (1992-1997), where he served as chairman of the Department of European Studies.  His books include Taken Into Custody: The War against Fathers, Marriage, and the Family (Cumberland House, 2007), and his next book, The New Politics of Sex: The Sexual Revolution and Civil Liberty, is forthcoming from Wipf & Stock.
