Recent transactions. Provided expert report for the Court of Session in Edinburgh

Publications. Editor and author of "Commentary to Family and Guardianship Code" and “Commentary to Succession Code” the leading treatises on Polish family and succession law. Also the author of “Protection of a good name” and “Testamentary capacity and undue influence” and a series of influential and scholarly articles on The Hague Abduction Convention and other issues.
